Anil sees opportunity in adversity

Anil Ambani, who is in the midst of a proxy war with his elder brother Mukesh for control of the Reliance empire, on Saturday said that "in every adversity there is an opportunity," recalling his father Dhirubhai's message.

If you can dream or read it, you can do it', Anil said at a book release function in Mumbai, adding "this is the message to the Ambani family including my respectable elder brother Mukesh, two sisters and mother."

Earlier, he introduced himself as as the Member of Parliament in the opening remarks before releasing the Gujarati writer Dinkar Joshi's book, Anil said, "I also work for Reliance."

Bhaishri Ojha who is spiritual advisor to the Ambani family also attended the function.

"I have learnt the values of humility and imbibe trust, faith and caring attitude, that's the influence of my father on me," Anil said.

Quoting Shakespeare he said, "There is nothing good or bad in the world." It is your mind, which is good or bad", he added.
