The two were to fly down to South Africa where Sushmita was to attend a press meet to announce the India International Film Awards.

Sushmita decided, at the last minute, to take her photographer friend along as her escort. And the lovers had a tiff.

Now we hear that the two are back, as loverlike as ever.

What actually helped the patch up was Sushmita’s insecurity. No sooner did she fly out of the country than a leading heroine was said to have begun weaving her charms on Sushmita’s loverboy.

So Aamir Khan, true to his word, held a special preview of his Lagaan for his all-India distributors.

After they watched the film, the distributors had a long chat with Aamir over dinner.
