Brajesh Mishra meets British counterpart

National Security Adviser Brajesh Mishra on Saturday met his British counterpart David Manning and discussed a 'wide range of issues', including measures needed to end infiltration across the Line of Control.

Mishra's luncheon meeting with Manning, adviser to British Prime Minister Tony Blair on foreign policy issues, was officially described as 'cordial' and 'extensive'.

Mishra was in London on a transit visit from Washington to New Delhi. India has a joint working group with Britain on ways and means to tackle terrorism.
