The special court in Rae Bareilly trying the case on Friday ruled that there is no ground for framing charges against Advani.

Charges against seven others, including Human Resources Development Minister Murli Manohar Joshi, will be framed on October 10.

CPI-M polit bureau member Sitaram Yechury said the party would make a detailed comment after studying the order.
