Best Bakery case: SC allows reinvestigation

Allowing two appeals filed by key witness Zahira Sheikh and the Gujarat government, a Supreme Court bench comprising Justice D Raju and A Pasayat on Monday directed reinvestigation into the Best Bakery case.
 
The apex court directed that the public prosecutor in the case will be changed and necessary follow up action will be taken for a retrial as well as reinvestigation into the case.
