Parliament has passed the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill to enable, in Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani's words, "both Bharatvasis and Bharatvanshis to contribute together to the cause of India's development".

Would you opt for it?

The facility is restricted to persons of Indian origin residing in 16 selected countries.

Should it be extended to PIO all over the world?
