President Kalam condemns UP blasts

President of India A P J Abdul Kalam has condemned the blasts in Sankat Mochan temple in Varanasi and has appealed to the people maintain calm and harmony.

"President Kalam has condemned the blasts and condoled the death of 12 persons who were killed in the incident. He has also wished a speedy recovery for the persons injured," S M Khan, press secretary to the President said.

Meanwhile the Delhi police have tightened the security cover around all the major temples and other religious places in the city.

"We have put our forces on high alert and adequate security cover would be provided to all the religious places including the temples," said a senior Delhi police official.

Amongst the places whose security cover has be enhanced include Laxmi Narain Mandir also known as Birla Mandir, Swami Narain Temple.

Everytime a blast occurs, everyone never forget to says "We condemn you". What is the use of condemning unless you know who has done it? ...
